Support and advice on Health and Working Environment (HWE) activities (legal requirements, company requirements) applicable to all business areas and business clusters operating in Brazil;
Support E-social implementation;
Participate of the following process:
HWE Risk Management Process
Medical Emergency Response Plan (MERP)
Review and update processes of MERP;
QA/QC of MEDEVAC Providers – meetings, reports, visits, inspections;
QA/QC of Hospitals;
MERP focal point for the office;
MERP Focal Point for Expatriate community;
Support 1st Aid Brigade Team;
Advise 1st aid training and equipment for the office, to comply with MTE requirements;
Support Drills;
Focal point to follow up emergency medical cases of Equinor and Contractors
Offshore Medical Services
Review and update procedures and documents;
QA/QC of HWE activities onboard;
Focal point for HWE operational tasks onboard;
Support HWE contract management;
QA/QC of Provider – meetings, reports, visits, inspections;
Follow up telemedicine process.
Working Environment Health Risk Assessment
Be part of multiprofessional team responsible to assess physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, psychological and mechanical hazards and implement related industrial hygiene programs (Hearing Loss, Ergonomics & Human Factors, Respiratory Protection, Radiation);
Occupational Health Medical Surveillance Program
Be part of multiprofessional team responsible to implement medical surveillance, fitness to work and other occupational health programs;
CIPA
Disseminate general information about the HWE reports for the CIPA and workers;
Be part of CIPA monthly meetings and support SIPAT;
Substance Abuse Program
Be part of multiprofessional team responsible to manage Substance Abuse Program;
Support on HWE Contract Management
Development of scope of work to hire and liaise with external service providers (consultants, softwares, laboratories) of HWE;
Follow up HWE contractors performance and service level;
Perform gap analysis of Brazilian requirements and corporate procedures and liaise with Equinor CSS and HWE GBS areas;
Participate in technical and scientific forums for learning and dissemination of best practices in HWE.
Qualifications
Graduation in Nursing (registered in the Nurse Council);
Post Graduation in Occupational Nursing (Certified);
Previous experience as certified Occupational Health Nurse Technician is an advantage;
Post Graduation/Master in Occupational Health, Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics are advantages;
Auditor in ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 is an advantage.

Desirable 7-10 years working close functions, in O&G companies;
Desirable previous offshore experience in O&G companies;
Desirable experience on telemedicine and telehealth process;
Desirable experience on managing teams;
Desirable experience auditing legal requirements in O&G onshore/offshore installations;
Desirable knowledge of HSE software tools (e.g: LegNet, SOC, PeopleNet, Nexo);
Desirable knowledge of Office 365.
Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
