You do not need to be an experienced trainer, as we will coach you in developing the necessary pedagogical and presentational skills. Key Responsibilities

• • Carry out all activities are evaluated and conducted in accordance with the protection of Health & Safety and the Environment Conduzir e avaliar todas as atividades de acordo com a proteção da Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente
  • Ensure that all assigned activities and courses are thoroughly prepared and conducted including the necessary resources Certificar-se que todas as atividades e cursos atribuídos a você sejam cuidadosamente preparados e conduzidos incluindo os recursos necessários
  • Ensure that the simulators, equipment and resources are kept in good working order and left complete and ready for use during the next activity Certifique-se que os simuladores, equipamentos e recursos sejam mantidos em boas condições de funcionamento e sejam deixados prontos e completos para o uso durante a próxima atividade
  • Observe and report to ensure that subcontractors’ and service companies’ activities fulfil the MT quality parameters Observe e reporte para certificar-se que as atividades dos subcontratados e empresas de serviços estejam de acordo com os parâmetros de qualidade da MT
  • Conduct training according MT standard Conduzir treinamentos de acordo com o padrão da MT
  • Development of new courses/projects Desenvolvimento de novos cursos/projetos

We are looking for

Minimum requirements:
• Valid Crane Operator Qualification (API RP 2D, Level 3 LOLER/OPITO) or equivalent at time of application BS 7121 standard
• Minimum 3 years offshore experience as offshore Crane Operator
• Fluently Portuguese (speaking and writing)
• Fluently English (speaking and writing)
• Live in Rio de Janeiro (state) or close to Rio de janeiro
• Have a tolerant, creative and co-operative personality
• Recommendation letter is desired
• Available to travel
• Basic mathematics Desired requirements:
• Qualified Instructor Training (e.g. Train the Trainer Course) or equivalent
• Competence Based Assessor Qualification. On or after 1 Oct, 2016, in compliance with National Standards and/or OPITO Standards
• Loler Competent person
• Minimum of seven years industry experience, with at least 4 years of active association with Lifting Operations in a dynamic offshore Environment
